Fees & Funding
Session Times
- We are registered with Ofsted to accept children from 12 months – 5 years.
- Hours of opening are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and all fees are based on full time.
- The nursery is open for 51 weeks of the year. We close for the Hindu New Year (Ankoot) for one day (If Monday - Friday) and for the period between Christmas and New Year.
- Training days, bank holidays and closed periods stated above are chargeable.
- Please note, there is no reduction in fees for absence due to holidays or sickness.
Your child will be placed on our waiting list upon receipt of an application form and the manager will get in touch with you (At least one month in advance) when a space becomes available. Please avoid contacting the nursery regularly for an update.
Fees
Our fees depend on the age of your child. These are: 12 months to 2 years; 2 to 3 years and 3 to 5 years.
- All fees are payable in advance at the beginning of each month. Late payments will result in an administration charge of £50.00.
- For repeated overdue balances may result in your child’s place being withdrawn. The fees are calculated on an annual cost basis and apportioned over twelve months.
- The fees are inclusive of vegetarian meal and snacks prepared on site by our nursery chefs.
- A non-refundable deposit of £250 is required to secure (When you get a confirmation of place) your child’s place at the nursery which will be refunded once your child leaves the nursery and there are no outstanding balances and at least one month’s written notice has been provided.
Funding
We are eligible to receive government funding. From the start of the term following your child’s
third birthday you are entitled to access up to a maximum of 15 or 30 hours of nursery education
(depending on eligibility) free of charge, this is known as Free Entitlement to Early Education
(FEEE). Your child is entitled to these free hours during school term times only, up to a maximum of
38 weeks each year.
